Looks like a very strange flower to me...much more exotic than a rose - something tropical with unique colour distribution - though, knowing you, the gradient might very well be one of your own, taken from a rose.... Fascinating kaleidoscope, yummy gradient.

Do you have a small notebook on which you note all your ideas as they come to you during the day, or do they come to you just as you are sitting before your computer, your fractal programmes open and ready for action? I used to take notes as ideas came to me, when I was writing.... at any time of night or day...

I don't often get ideas. Everything is visual. I open PSP and look at what I have. I try something if I see a possibility. Sometimes I browse my old stuff like the other day for the one I gave you. New fractals are generally fortuitous. I trust the programme!
The old one is on the top of my gallery today. I found it. It's called" Almost There." See how much nicer the orange part is.
I have a notebook open for things I want to remember but rarely ideas.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
