First a bad photo of some nasturtiums in the garden.
Second, repeated passing of a Photoshop gradient that came with a circular shape. Hence the repeated circles in a dark colour.
Thirdly, I added =pentangled's brushes. They have colours that are different to the ground. It's a Photoshop effect.
Then I modified the colours.
It's fun but I'm never sure I haven't gone over the top!

It's a strange programme. I don't understand why it is so complicated. Paint Shop Pro is simpler to use although the results are not as finely controlled.
I think that the reason we loose track of what we have done, is that we are creating the image in a constant state of immediacy. I mean we don't have a historical approach of doing one thing after another. It's now, then now, then now.
So we don't take in what we have done when it's complicated.
I know someone who notes down all she does when she makes a fractal. I couldn't do that, or for anything else.
Even Eva, ~Xantipa2 says she works by trial and error.
I realise that art is not just all pleasure.
I don't consider myself an artist.
I'm just an amateur who enjoys playing with images.
