Dusk on the desert.... Copper, tawny, sun-baked sand dunes filling the horizon, graced with a few spiny bushes and dry weeds. I haven't seen the original photo yet, but what you have done of it must certainly do its author proud. I am amazed of the patience you have, to browse through these thousands upon thousands of stock photos to find just the one that might inspire you...

Thanks for all your comments, Agnès. I'll answer them all here.
You mustn't think I do that much searching for stock. I just find some by accident usually. Sometimes I ask to borrow a picture. This one is made of a background of a fractal by the lady I indicated. It's a lovely mixture of browns. I like it and have used it several times. The other details are from my own stock of fractals.
I am pleased you can find imaginary pictures in what I have just put together because the colours and shapes pleased me. It is lovely to dream.
The PSP programme allows you to make all sorts of alterations. It is probably more useful to me than any of the fractal programmes alone. I can make endless changes and variations.
I'm glad if my pictures please you. I enjoy doing them.

`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
